We ONLY Accept Quality Problems returns. Return requests as “i don’t like it”, “I don’t want it”, “it is wrong size or doesn’t fit” are not accepted. Please confirm all information before purchasing to avoid such problems. About us
1.We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping.We ship the item out through ePacket, Switzerland Post, Netherlands Post, China Post, DHL, EMS, E-EMS etc. all kinds way.
2.Packages are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.Transit time varies and depends on the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
3.Please make sure your address showed on sales records is complete (include phone number)and deliverable address. we will charge you resend shipping fee if package returns because of undeliverable address or addressee don’t pick up in time.
4.Shipping time is estimated and not guaranteed and is subject to change especially during peak periods. Item location is at China, please be advised that International shipping usually take longer than domestic, as it’s based on shipping service provider and customs.
